USEFUL INFORMATION BEFORE THE ARRIVAL

If you want to get ready for your Erasmus study period in Pavia, the following information will help you!

Additionally, do not forget the following important steps:

1.LEARNING AGREEMENT

Before coming to Pavia, you have to:

Fill in the Learning Agreement in concordance with our course offer, the list of our English taught courses and our Academic Calendar.
e-mail it to the relevant Erasmus Academic Coordinators , cc to incoming.erasmus@unipv.it

There isn’t any specific deadline. You can send it, before your arrival, after you have verified by email the courses with the departmental coordinator or bring it upon your arrival in Pavia

Once in Pavia, you have to meet your Erasmus Faculty Coordinator to check the Learning Agreement with the up-to-date academic offer and the course timetable.

2. VISA

If you are a NON-EU student for an Erasmus + Study period needing a VISA, please send an email to the Erasmus office for incoming students at incoming.erasmus@unipv.it
