Erasmus+ EU for traineeship for incoming students
The University of Pavia welcomes Erasmus students for internships in its departments (Faculties and Administrative Structures) within the Erasmus + Programme. Placements should last between 2-12 months.
How to apply for a traineeship at the University of Pavia
To apply for an Erasmus traineeship within the academic departments of the University of Pavia, please email the professor you would like to work with and attach the following documents (to find the e-mail address of the relevant professor, you can research each department on this webpage:
- a short summary of the activity you would like to carry out at the University of Pavia including your preferred start and finish dates
- a declaration from your home University confirming that you are eligible for an Erasmus grant under the Erasmus + Programme
If, however, you wish to undertake an Erasmus traineeship within the administrative offices of the University of Pavia (International Office, Libraries etc.), you should contact the International Mobility Office at erasmus@unipv.it with the same documents.
Once the department/office receives the above documents, it will process your application and will inform you whether or not your request has been accepted.
After being accepted
Once you have been accepted for an Erasmus work placement at the University of Pavia, please
1. email your Learning Agreement for Traineeship to your Unipv tutor
2. ask your University tutor/International Relations-Mobility office responsible to nominate you to annaclaudia.mosconi@unipv.it
Erasmus Placement Traineeship Offers at the university of Pavia
- Mobility Year 2018/19 (throughout the all year) The Science and Technology Library is looking for a trainee to work on reference service, loan service, treatment of volumes and of data.
