INSURANCE
THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE
All foreign students at the University of Pavia are covered by a Third Party Liability Insurance which covers damages caused by the students while studying in the University buildings.
Please note that the University of Pavia provides this Third Party Liability cover free of charge.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
All foreign students must also be covered by a Personal Accident insurance covering damages caused to him/her while studying at the University of Pavia.
This insurance must be arrange either by you or by your Home University.
If you do not have such personal accident insurance, you must purchase it at your arrival in Pavia, paying 3,69€ per year.
Upon your arrival in Pavia, you will have to:
- fill in and sign the form (dowload document- Insurance)
- pay the due amount following the bank instructions indicated in the same form
- send evidence of both form and copy of bank transfer to the Erasmus office and to the Insurance office (assicurazioni@unipv.it)
INSURANCE WILL BE EFFECTIVE ONLY DURING THE MOBILITY PERIOD AND IN PRESENCE OF A LEARNING/TRAINING AGREEMENT FORMALLY ACCEPTED AND SIGNED BY ALL PARTIES.
Proof will be given by the receipt of payment.
Guarantees are effective only for institutional activity.
